AI use and editorial statement
Nylon uses AI to help draft and review the articles and pages on this site. A named person approves the wording before it goes live. This statement describes what AI does here, what people do and how we treat facts.
Where we use AI
Drafting: AI tools help produce first drafts of articles and page copy.
Review: AI tools help check drafts against cited sources and our house rules.
Site checks: automated checks inspect the site for broken pages, redirects and structured data.
What people do
A named person approves the wording of this statement and of each article before it goes live.
A person approves every change to the site before it is published.
Drafts are checked claim by claim against primary sources, such as legislation or the tax authority’s own guidance, and statements about other products against those products’ own public pages. A claim that can’t be checked is removed.
What we do not do
We do not publish AI-written reviews, testimonials or customer quotes.
We do not place hidden text on pages for search engines or AI systems.
Bylines and reviewers
Articles carry the byline “Nylon editorial team” unless a named person wrote or edited the piece. We name a reviewer only where that person reviewed the article.
General information only
This is not tax advice and does not consider your circumstances. Check the cited primary sources and get advice before acting.
